I teach you how to live in happiness now. Nothing in your life will work perfectly or permanently until you love yourself first. You cannot give what you don’t have, right?

I know what I am talking about. I raised two amazing youngsters–now in their thirties. And I worked with people of all ages–up into their seventies!

You name it and I probably did it from coaching soccer and making sets in community theater to being a psychotherapist, a Specialized Kinesiologist and a metaphysical minister.

Yes, I am also a gourmet chef who only prepares yummy food that also boosts your health and well being and an artist in more media than you can imagine.

I love writing and performing music, articles and books, Most of all I LOVE to teach and coach. I am here for you! When I hear a smile in your voice I actually get high! Corny but true.
