What’s in store for me? The invisible allows me to see what goes on in my world that creates my reality.
As I expand into other senses and dimensions allow me to mention your reality is what
you accept it to be. What you encounter in your life is what you expect to see.
Nothing more and nothing less can exist for you. It’s true.
So what do I mean when I say the invisible runs our lives every day?
Our thoughts go out to he Universe that manifests from their energy. Yes thoughts are real pure energy. As a matter of fact so are we.
What we think in our lives becomes real. What you think impacts me. How I feel impacts you too.
We are connected. We are all One
Just play with the energy. Feel it. It’s real. That is the first clue showing you the real world you don’t see but feel. When you pay attention you will feel what you cannot see visibly.
Face your hands palms toward each other about 6 inches apart. Start moving your hands a tiny bit closer than back, closer than back. Bounce the energy between your two hands.
Feels like a sponge, doesn’t it? You do not see and you definitely feel it!
Now move your hands further apart to make the energy ball bigger. If someone else is around then show them how to bounce the energy between their own hands first. Then ask them to put out their hand so you can bounce an energy balls between the two of you.
New experience, yes? Now you have something to do if you ever find yourself stranded with nothing to read, write or listen to. Play the energy game. See how many different fun games you can invent that also educates you about the reality of the world.
Take the plunge
Step out of the box of ho hum existence. Stop following others who also dwell inside the box. You cannot change if you hang out with stuck people! Remove the locks on your limiting prison.
See life through a prism shedding new light unfurling colors so bright you will feel dazzled by all you’ve been missing all these years. Everything – people, plants, even rocks – have auras. Auras are beautiful layers of energy seen as different colors around a life form or object.
Once you begin to look through new eyes you will see what was always there but not visible because of your former paradigm of only believing what you see. The actual sequence is believe so that you will see! You will never look at your world the same way again.
Happiness is not the result of fancy homes, cars, jewelry, clothing, etc. You will not find it on vacation or at the gym. No movie or book will bring you anything beyond a momentary joy.
Happiness will elude you so long as you look outside yourself to find it. Nothing and no one can make you happy – not even close.
But you already know that fact because you’ve tried everything – buying new clothes, getting your hair done, going to the spa and the gym. Your kitchen has all the latest gadgets. You even took that long dreamed of vacation –all to no avail.
Someone looking at your life from the outside would say you have everything. But all you have still leaves you feeling like something is missing. You feel a deep hole inside, a bottomless chasm that no happy times, activities or new purchases seem to fill.
What is it that eats away at you telling you something is amiss? What else is there for you? How do you move life from humdrum to you can’t wait to get up every day and enjoy being you?
Ah ha! That is exactly the answer – get up to enjoy being you. Who are you? Do even have a clue as to who your True Self is? Do you know the difference between the self you think you are and who you really are?
Allow me to help you find out who you are. Grab a pen and paper. I do not recommend using the computer because you want this information to come from your deeper levels, from out of your awareness. That happens most easily with pen (or pencil) in hand.
Ready? Without taking your pen off the paper write down who you are to you. Keep writing until no words flow onto the page. Spend at least ten minutes on this exercise. That may seem like a lot of time. Trust me, once you begin ten minutes will turn out to be the minimum you need to describe all the aspects of who you see yourself to be.
It is okay to call a close friend or family member for help. Ask them who you are to them. Maybe you want to ask a few somebodys. It doesn’t matter where you get the info as long as it fits for you and you write for at least ten minutes.
Done? Great! Now look at your list. Look closely at each word and phrase describing you. Are you holding a list of things you do and did in your life? Is this a list of roles you play (friend, mother, colleague, child, partner, etc?)?
Every word on that paper describes your ego self not your True Self.
You see, your True Self is who you were at birth before anyone planted beliefs in your subconscious mind defining who you could and could not be, what you could and could not do and ultimately what you could and could not have – including happiness.
Choices. Every day we make choices about every little thing we do. WE decide what to eat, what clothes to wear, which route to drive, what to listen to, etc. Some choices happen out of habit. Many come from split second decisions. After all is deciding what outfit to wear critical? Well, it might be that day.
I was talking to friend at the Farmer’s Market today. She is an absolute artist at bread making. She was disappointed that none of her sourdough breads sold today – not even one! She said she always seems to guess wrong when it comes to baking sourdough breads vs. baking buckwheat breads.
Jo told me when she comes prepared with lots of buckwheat breads that day the sourdough breads sell and vice-versa. I asked her how she decides. She explained that she keeps track of when people buy what but has not been able to detect any pattern that she can reliably follow.
Indeed, between the variability of who comes to the market that day, what kind of weather happens (which affects turn out), what else is going on in the community – I fail to see how she can discover the formula to predict what to bake when.
I suggested that she could know, before she begins her baking, which breads will sell better the next day. And then I showed her how to accomplish that task.
So how do you make choices that always cause results that are in your highest and best interest?
Guessing will not resolve that issue. Think about the source of your evidence when guessing. You actually rely on the program files in your subconscious mind. You pose the question and your subconscious mind searches all available file folders to see how you acted in the past when presented with this same situation.
For Jo, she told me she always guessed wrong. While I doubt she guessed inaccurately 100% of the time, she seemed to make the wrong choice more often than not. The thing is, she clearly runs a program that says she will guess wrong. So at baking time when she determines how many of each kind of bread to bake her subconscious delivers up information that will leave her with too many of one bread variety and too few of the other by the end of the market day.
The only choice Jo can make, for the most part, is the wrong one because that is how her information was stored in her files.
However there is a way to make choices that completely bypasses the subconscious mind. Not only does it cast aside habit, but this system also delivers 100% accurate in formation 100% of the time.
Ask your spirit. Your Spirit is your immortal soul. As such it knows everything about you past, present and future. It will always give you an answer that is in your highest and best interest – for your spiritual growth.
I showed Jo how to ask her Spirit which bread will sell best the next day – before she begins to bake. You can always make accurate choices too by communicating with your spirit.
